We wanted to make a new spin on a beloved Churchmouse Classic, and so this colour-blocked gradient version of Alexandra’s Airplane Scarf was born!

Four 25 g balls of lace-weight silk–mohair will make a nice long scarf that can be worn any number of ways depending on your outfit and the weather.

We have assembled several colour options for different gradients, but you can totally use your own favourite colours or even make something other than a gradient.

Our sample used four balls of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair, one ball each of Autumn, Copper, Rust, and Claret. This combination is the Fall Foliage colourway of our Alexandra’s Airplane Scarf kit.
