Notes

At the Beehive, we have long enjoyed a bold, colour-blocked wrap. Crossroads Wrap is a fresh take on a classic aesthetic.

The project involves basic intarsia and is a great introduction to those new to the technique. Because the colour swap is always in the same spot, there is no need to worry about bobbins or small butterflies of yarn.

The wrap is designed to maximize the meterage of Saga, but the size is easily adaptable to suit your preferences.

We chose Filcolana Saga for its loftiness and bloom which keeps this wrap from being overly heavy. If substituting yarn, we recommend a light or lofty lace- to fingering-weight yarn that will give a cohesive fabric at the written gauge.

Kits for this project are available on our website, or you can see our full colour selection of Saga to choose your own colours.
