A merino, silk, and cashmere blend begs to be knit into a shawl and draped around the neck and shoulders. This shawl is easy to wear and effortlessly stylish with its combination of texture and simple lace.

Our sample used two skeins of Julie Asselin Fino in Alpin. This sample is a lovely size with plenty of drape, but we opted for a denser gauge with this silk-blend yarn. We recommend trying a slightly larger needle if you want a shawl of the dimensions given in the pattern.
