We recommend knitters pause before finishing the body of this piece, add the i-cord around the arms, then pin the garment to the back of a chair and let it hang for a day or two. This will help them get a better idea of how much it will grow in length with wear.

Our marker stopped around 8.5” in length and felt it was useful! Doing the i-cord around the arm will help prevent the armholes from growing too much.
