This sweet little bonnet will look great on the newest member of your family or friend circle. If you re-use your swatch you will even have enough yarn to make two bonnets!

A note from our knitter: he worked the crown using magic loop, and as he got to the split, he found that he benefited by continuing the magic loop method in order not to stretch the stitches out. This could be accomplished similarly by continuing on DPNs throughout the hat.

We would also suggest making the ties a little longer, but that comes down to personal preference!
