Trying to get a photo while I’m wearing these is harder than I thought it would be!

I love them SO much. They look very 80’s to me, and that makes me happy.

Gauge on these was super weird for me. First I did a swatch with the recommended hook (6 mm), then 6.5 mm, then 7 mm, then 8 mm. I never did meet gauge, but I thought the worse that could happen was mine would be longer and I could make fewer rows. No to both! They are exactly the correct length, but I actually had to add two more rows to each (22 rows instead of 20, except on the first one, I think I only did 21 rows). I still can’t make sense of it.

I used 2.49 oz total for both.
To seam, I slst’d through both loops on the facing side and through one loop on the beginning side. Then I turned it right side out.

I love the way they look so much, I might consider adding them to my Etsy store.
