Used scraps of cotton yarn and made scraps from fuller skeins of ILTC, YB cotton, Omega Sinfonia, Crafter’s Secret, and Premier Just Cotton. Yellow, gray, white, cream, orange, gold, brown, green. It was actually quite fun to make the magic ball.

Started on the handles when bag was 10” tall. I LOVE the handles on this plarn bag. I’ve decided to follow her instructions.

Since I’m using cotton and not plarn, and my yarn is thinner, I skipped 15 sts for the handles. On the short strap, I chained 30, i.e., 5” from top of bag. On the long strap, I chained 45, i.e., 7” from top of bag. The short one could have been shorter, I think, but it’ll still work.
