Note to self: The gear on my Addi King is really struggling, especially with any yarn other than Heartland. Be careful.

The row count on 3 of these pairs matches the pattern from the Santa set by Calumet Knits, but I rewatched her video for the Confetti gloves (for about the 12th time), so I linked that pattern to this project too.

I slstd the finger end closed using a 4.5mm crochet hook, but I single crocheted the wrist end closed using a 6mm hook to provide more stretch than the slst method but be faster to finish than the grafting method.

As of this morning (12/13/24) before work, they’re all done up to that point.

They still need to be mattress stitched, ends sewn in, QMC tags attached, and the Fingerless Glove tag sewn on.

I just remembered I need 10 QMC tags, not just 5. I’ll have to use the other ones, too, not just these remaining leather ones.

I’m guesstimating the package will weigh about 15 oz with all the gloves, tags, sticky notes, organza bags, et. al. I’m going to try to get them in the mail either today or tomorrow.
