started withe a sc rectangle 12 x 16. worked around the piece with hdc. Worked the basket weave stitch around the sides until it was 8 inches deep and added the hdc cuff.

Use Walmart plastic bags cut into loops 3/4 “ wide filled a 3.25 lb size pretzel jar with the cut up bags and used most of the loops to create the basket.

It is not sturdy enough to stand on its own, but works well while filled with stuff!
