1/10/15 I’m adding this projects but I don’t have the yarn yet. Ben asked me to spin and dye yarn to make him a pair of red, white, and blue socks. I plan to spin the Corriedale.

1/19 I spun just under 300 yards (3.6 oz) but think I need still least 400-450 yards so it’s back to the wheel. Ben wanted striped socks but is now saying he wants the pattern random, so I’m still thinking about how I am going to dye the yarn.

2/17 Dyed the yarn today. Pretty and patriotic. :-)

11/2 Made myself finish Ben’s socks today…his birthday!
