Just as I saw the pattern I had to knit this. This might be my favorite color by Sabine -- a variegated off black with bluish purples and hints of blue-green throughout. Very pretty!

Beautiful instructions and took no time to knit. Would have preferred using the recommended larger needles as I like a looser fabric. Next time, would not hesitate to use US 8 needles with this yarn, and I know I will knit this again :)

Having gone down 2 needle sizes the shawl was slightly smaller at 47” x 18”. The skein though had less yardage than what was called for and I tend to knit loosely, but judging from what I had left over (last photo) one skein would have gone a long way.
