Made using stripes consisting of 2 pattern rows. The instructions for the bottoms are not very clear but eventually figured it out

Top
started with one row of black stitches since they are stacked on either side of the base chain
did 8 more sets of rows for a total of 17 rows.

100 chains for top straps

Bottom back
increase = 2 sc in first and last stitch of row
ch15, 14 stitches
increase on rows 2, 6, 10, 14, 18 and then every other row thereafter.
54 total rows or 27 sets of 2.

Bottom front
no increases for 18 rows then every other row thereafter for a total of 18x for a total of 54 rows.
