The pattern is Ólafur by Drops Design; it calls the gauge of 21/28 sts/rows, and that could I reach with dubble thread of the fingering yarn and stipulated needle-size.

Proposed 50% Mark: The pullover should be knitting top-down, so I propose this solution for the 50% Mark: 50% is the part over the green line on the picture.
