What a satisfying knit, the stripes look amazing and the end result is gorgeous. It’s my 2nd time using wool from DyeForWool and I’ve just fallen in love, it’s silky smooth tho a little splitty, but such a dream to knit with.

12 Feb: Sat on my needle and broke it!! So annoyed at myself. Also realised that I got the order of the colours wrong and will end with the white in the main chunk at the end instead of the grey. Oops, lets call it a gradient effect.

15 Feb: Hate to say it but metal needles are so much smoother to work with! Blasting through this project, about halfway through the stripped section now, the pattern is so straightforward I’ve just stopped counting altogether.

28 Feb: Finished!
