It’s getting cold this winter. I prefer my tea freshly made in a tea pot. I’m finding that my very small steel teapot is cooling down while I’m waiting for my toast or whatever. Time for a teacosy.
Used 8 ply acrylic from stash to match (as far as possible) my striped crockery.
Making up the pattern as I go. Had to accommodate the knob on the lid and being able to easily get the cosy on and off.
The handle side is fastened with a button (from stash) at the bottom.
A pretty orange ribbon is threaded though eyelets at the top.
