Yarn used single stranded. Pattern in book “Modern Knits Vintage Style”. Perhaps not the most practical clothing item. Went a bit longer than pattern called for, since it was a one size fits all and made no allowances for different sized people.

First attempt to use crochet to accomplish a goal (i.e. trim)! Haven’t blocked it yet in the photos, which is why the trim is a bit ruffle-y. I hope.
