Cast on 380 stitches with Chinese Waitress Cast on. It’s more complicated and takes more time but worth it! Knit to 6”. Used Chinese Waitress Bind Off (man, I love the way this Cast on and Bind off looks!)

I knit according to the pattern, including the join section and I decided I just really didn’t like that look. So, I frogged that and started over just knitting straight without short rows.

I cast on 370 stitches again using the Chinese Waitress cast on and bind off. I just have to seam the two ends together.

Pre-blocking size: 28” X 7”.
Blocked: 28” X 7.25” (I really liked the preblocked size so I blocked it to match that as closely as possible)

I also knit a hat and mittens to match!
