September 2015, Date unknown
I lost it. So sad, so bad. I was sick and obviously not paying attention. It went, probably on the morning train into Melbourne from Belgrave. Or, if it slipped out of my bag on the street, then where would a well-meaning finder take it? Except home to be cherished.
I have a plan for if I see it next winter… I’ll burst into song and say “Thankyou for finding my shawl!! I was so upset to lose it and thought I’d never see it again!!” Then get the bugger back. And ask what happened to the clasp.

Finished. It’s blocked out to a good, useable size, although I would still have preferred it on larger needles. Too lazy to frog. It’s more a shoulder wrap or scarf than a shawl.
I only used about half a metre of the third skein! This yarn is so i credibly soft and gorgeous. Enough over to knit something nice.

Loving this yarn and pattern. Instead of stopping the increases for 12 repeats in the middle, I kept up gentle increases/decreases and left only 4 repeats straight.
It’s really nice and simple to knit. Gorgeous!

Well, I just started this, though I really ought to finish some other things. The pattern nice and simple (which I need right now, with all sorts of problems in other knitting projects).
