Started at last! Feather and Fan is so soothing…

I purchased this beautiful alpaca wool from my friend Chris, with a Feather & Fan in mind. To go with my Outlander McKenzie tartan cloth, which will be some kind of kilt soon enough. Kate Davies’s Hap is the reason I bought the book, and although it calls for 4 ply,I can’t see that it will matter.
I love Marika Muller’s version and it’s just what I’d had in mind when I bought the yarn.
Just waiting for Chris’s busy fingers to finish spinning the rest….
