Notes

Inspired by watching the movie “Mr Turner”. I said to The Dear Heart, ’I wish you’d wear those kind of clothes’, to which he replied that he would. And, since he’s taken to staying up late (painting) with the heater off (so I can sleep because I have to work) (well, so does he, but I have to get up earlier), I took the moment’s enthusiasm to start (purchasing for) this lovely, blokey, warm, late-night vest.
I borrowed knithoundbrooklyn’s picture, just to illustrate, in anticipation of mine having some substance.

P.S. I have to make it longer!! So, I’ll pick up the row just above the ribbing, then knit downwards! I guess that means I’ll have to do the front band again too! Pfffttt! And he wants pockets. I don’t mind… he’s not a bad egg.

I think my little pumpkin has put on a few pounds since I started! Toast and butter! Yeeum!
