This is for my brother (for Christmas), who seems to like those fluoro safety hats, and fluoro socks, and fluoro paint. I’m hoping he likes this.
I do, if he doesn’t.
I had to make it out of acrylic, since (if he wears it) it will get worn and washed a lot and quite possibly not by hand.
Besides, you can’t buy fluoro in pure wool (which, even if you could, would shrink).
A lady standing by at Spotters said that the Marvel didn’t pill, even after a few washes, so…
I really like the shape of this hat. Again, I did a corrugated rib edge rather than the Fair Isle.
