Friend & coworker asked for a monster for his girlfriend. Only request: something really bright, no pink or purple.

Using turquoise, florescent yellow & orange to create stripes …. yep it’s bright!

Arms/hands: pattern never gave instructions on stuffing the hands. The pattern photo clearly has stuffed hands, so I added a bit of fluff before closing the hand & a bit more before closing the thumb.

Body base… not a fan, as it was quite holey so I ripped it out & reworked with much smaller needles & a few more round, decreasing slower. This gave a firmer, denser fabric and the batting didn’t show thru.
