FLK heels done +1”, ready for cables:

r1: k14, p1, cable 4 front, p1, k14
r2-4: k14, p1, k4, p1, k14

After 12 cables, start increases: on cable row m1r, k1, p1, cable, p1, k1, m1l
Increase every other cable round for ~8 increases

Played yarn chicken at the end -- one sock had a few yards left, the other less than a foot.
Came out a bit too short for knee socks but they’ll be fine as slouchy warm socks. Cable doesn’t show much on the dark fabric.
