In the first pic these 2 ears are the same pattern but one is kinda manipulated different and it appears to be the opposite ear. They look slightly different on the front and one has a more realistic back when flipped the wrong way. So depending on the look you want just push the center in and flip the edge and it will change.

I haven’t yet figured out how to make the opposite matching ear….the pattern says to reverse the stitches but I’m not quite sure how one does that.

3rd to last pics shows some zombie ears and the next pic how I added “blood” to create a severed look. These will be put in a jar with eyeballs, and severed fingers for my nephews.

The last pics shows the difference in size of using one strand of yarn and 2. The one strand is quite smaller and kinda sad as it resembles a baby ear where the 2 strand is very life size of an adult
