I love this pattern once you figure it out & make it the original way its easy to change and make other ways.

I used a 4.25 mm hook (G) I used single strand baby wool.

I changed 8 to start instead of 6

I did 2 rows of single crochet instead of the double crochet 1 row with the gaps and one row of just going around with single crochet no gaps after the extreme drop stitch I did one row of single crochet with no gaps.

EACH DECREASE CONSISTS OF 2 ROWS 1 DECREASE ROW AND 1 SINGLE CROCHET AROUND.

When I decreased for the top I did 6 single crochet then a decrease for the next row I did a single crochet around the row after that I did 5 single crochet then a decrease then a single row around then 4 sc, dec. next row sc round, 3 sc, dec. noxt row sc. round, 2 sc, dec, next row sc round, 1 sc, dec, next row sc, around, 2 dc together around, cut thread weave through ends of hole and pull to gather.
