I went with the larger size and it, well, turned out large. But I’m glad. Most of the hats I’ve been making lately have been more like snug beanies than slouchy beret style. I’m starting to like this beet green dyed color---a warm, dirty gold. Now to block and then get photos.

The hat really is huge---which is my fault for not swatching properly. However, I risked tossing it in the dryer for a little bit and I think it helped shrink it down a bit. I think it’s my favorite knitted hat so far.
