I am giving up intarsia knitting forever!! It is just not my thing.
I say that although I have another couple of kits needing intarsia to knit.

My “ugh” rating is not because this is a poorly written pattern. This is a lovely and well detailed written pattern, but I found that I really dislike intarsia knitting with cotton! Fiddly, but not difficult to knit.
While I dislike knitting with cotton, of all the cotton yarns this is my favorite and a great choice for this project.
Thankfully, this pullover was designed with lots of ease, because it still fits me, even though I have “grown” since I began knitting it. It is designed to be cropped, however I don’t wear cropped, so I lengthened it. I think I will omit the sequins and clear pearls. Although they make lovely “bubbles”, I’m afraid that they might get pulled off or snagged. I might add them later…
