I changed the center of the hexagon to add more popcorn because I wasn’t happy with how it looked after I crocheted it.

This is my first time using this yarn, I found a lot of it at Michaels and thought it would be perfect for this blanket. The yarn is weirdly static-y, it clings to everything as I’m working with it. The hexagons don’t seem to have any static in them though. It’s also not bothering me enough to stop working with the yarn, it’s just a really weird thing. I want to add fringe to the finished blanket, so I will be finding a different yarn to use for that.

I think am calling this blanket officially finished as of sometime in June 2018. I’ve been using the blanket for a year without a border or fringe and I have decided to skip adding fringe to this one. for now anyway. I did add a border of ‘dc’ stitches to complete it.
