Written instructions alone were still a little confusing but the accompanying pictures were a fantastic help and the video was awesome. My biggest problem area was the 4th corner on round 2 so I slowed the video down and re-ran it. That worked well. Thank you for all the time you spent reworking the video & adding the pictures. I probably would not have had so much difficulty on that 1 corner if I wasn’t left-handed!

I am not sure about my gauge because I never really learned how to measure individual crochet stitches. I think I had 15 sts including sc & ch sts but my final measurement was the same as yours - 2”x7”!
