I have made vests similar to this one in the past but I was intrigued by the v neck - a really cute vest to make! I added owls to the back and embroidered owl eyes for each owl on the front. Leisure Arts also has a version but the vests are a regular crew neck. Their leaflet has 3 other animals on it and there is another leaflet with another 4!
