Notes

Update: Getting to Round 38 and this is where it gets challenging. The pattern has a photo guide, but not for each individual step, and it took me a night to figure out what I was doing. If I were to recreate it, I _think_ I started doing the “round” the other way so I could go up the tentacles.

Also stitching on the tentacles is weird (possibly my fault) so do stitches into each individual “loop” you see to get your 18 stitches.

Beginning:
It took me 3 tries to get to a gauge I was happy with (tight-enough, etc).

When I first began, I also tried with a wool yarn. BLECH. Not good for a softy, nor for something you have to frog! -1
