Notes

This project began because I really wanted to try to make the Lutheran Rose. When I figured out how to make the seal I decided I should attach it to a nice bag.

Now I’m not going to lie I did get frustrated with this project because I did not like the shape of it. So I would put it down for a couple of days and pick it up again. It turned out to be a pretty nice bag, I was surprised.

If I were to make another bag I would attach the two yellow straps before attaching the gussets/sides. I feel it would be easier to shape the bag.

And instead of attaching the rings I just attached the two straps to the bag and the blue yarn you see on the front is a chain 6 ring attached around the strap with a slip stitch. By adding the rings around the strap I felt it made the bag more balanced. :)
