Mini kal with Lori
Spent a great afternoon looking thru Nerd Girl Yarns and then just happened to see the WoolSilkLace skeins and that was it.

Lots of fun helping Lori go through her yarns.

And. Thoroughly enjoyed knitting tonight .

Updating. Found out I only had two skeins of shabby chic denim. The 3rd is MIS (missing in stash).
So found some walk collection of similar colours but dark background.
Decided to knit that colourway at 90 degree from the body, as a knit on border and do 3 stitches increased over 4 rows. End shape should be asymmetric triangle.

Took a while for me to like it,but halfway in I am loving it now

Actually. Didn’t like it. And reverted to finishing the shawl in 3x3 ribbing. In the Walk Collection yarn

Fairly hard blocking to get decent length.

Loved staring at it to see different formations….cloud watching, and then the negative shapes created in the background colour….where did that S shaped pathway come from?
