What a great pattern and so easy to work up the way it’s written! This is my first sweater using this pattern, and I definitely plan to make more for gifts. I used stash baby yarn, but any worsted weight would be fine. Endless combinations of colors and buttons are possible.

Update: we are expecting another grandson in October 2014, and the second sweater is for him.
