01-21-2016

This one is for my oldest son, Elijah. He seen the scarf I made for other son and wanted one. Thankfully, he just raided the stash and found some yarn colors he really liked.

01-22-2016

Started with foundation double crochet. Not only leaves a much neater edge, but no counting chains.
Also, I used two strand of Vanna’s choice since it is worsted and other yarn is chunky.
Started each subsequent round with standing stitches, gives a much neater appearance than chain 3’s.

01-24-2016

Added fringe. This scarf is reversible, so I added the fringe to the side my son liked better (and made that the front) which was opposite of the one I made for my other son. The fringe looked different so I only added 7 sets of fringe on this one. Just need to steam block.
