I adore this poncho! Pattern is so easy to follow and so well written, and poncho came out really cute!
I actually made this in two different color ways (this one and teal/cream). I know designer used the same color, but hubby really loved it, so I decided to go ahead and use the taupe on one of them.

Even though the pattern was perfect, I did add a few things, to make my own. I added one round of crab stitch around the neck.

Decided to add a tie around neck. This is how I made it. I made three chains of yarn (each about 60 inches). Then I tightly braided them together. Fed them through 3rd row from top of neck opening. Going to add a few beads as well.

Wanted to at least get some quick pics up, of this. Still want to do a light blocking and take photos when it is much brighter out. Had to use flash, which ruins the color.
