Great square. Pattern well written, and easy to understand. The pattern includes photos of the trickier parts that make perfectly clear those incredible corner treatments.

So many opportunities to play with color!

This square is part of a comfortghan for a fellow raveler and inspirational crocheter, suzapalooza…a gal who loves her color. Making this square as happy, colorful and bright as possible and sending it on to nuts4fiber who is joining all the squares.

I wanted to add one more small splash of color…so row 9 is 3sc in corner, 1 sc, ‘ch1 skip next st, sc in next’ across to corner.
After that, the last 2 rows are as pattern, but I only put 3dc in corners as I was playing chicken with the antique rose and purple…I thought. Ended up I had enough and can probably use a dash in the 6” square I want to make to also send along for suzapalooza’s comfortghan.

Colors used: Lime, aqua, purple, goldfish, rust, cheery cherry, pea green, dusty blue, dusty green, wild berry, seaspray mist, antique rose. Yes, there were a bajillion ends to weave in…
