This is the perfect winter cardigan. So lucky to be testing Maria’s Pattern.

I got gauge (20 sts x 24 sts) with size 5.5 mm needles.

• Buttonholes worked as indicated in pattern. Every 12th RS row.

• Knitted upper body about 2 cm longer

• Sleeves: After knitting all increases, 12 full repeats of double moss stitch pattern

• Lower body: worked increases
  differently as described in pattern

• After joining all lower body parts together I worked one more buttonhole. Followed the pattern and did only 3 repeats of established pattern.

Bought those lovely walnut buttons here.

Just had enough yarn left to make the I-cord edging and to sew on the buttons. Used a total amount of 8 skeins madelinetosh vintage.
