Gauge: 24 x 34 = 10 cm / 4 inches
Because my gauge is not the same as in pattern and I do not want to switch to larger needles and or work with heavier/double held yarn, I am doing some recalculations for the pattern.
Cast on 120 sts. (for L) to get a size in between S and M1.

Further mods:
Skipped the instructions for the L, XL, and XXL sizing on the bottom of the second page of the instructions. I decreased 1 st in the final round before lace pattern - from 204 sts to 203 sts - to get a stitch count being the multiple of 7.
So just before starting knitting the lace pattern I ended up with 203 sts instead of the 210 sts.

Sleeves:
Worked only 4 decreases (didn’t work the 4th decr. of pattern).
42 rows after last decrease, decreased one stitch --> total of 63 sts on needles (multiple of 7). Started with lace pattern. 7 repeats.
