my first brioche stitch project. Was going to use a strand of mohair, a strand of sulka Nina, and a strand of light pink cashmere, but I didn’t like the cashmere so I used two mohair and one sulka Nina and held those three strands together. ended up with too long of a cast on tail and played yarn chicken and lost… the last two rounds are 4 strands of mohair.

just couldn’t figure out the brioche pattern in the round. watched nimble needles youtube video and nailed it after knitting and frogging 4” four times. still not 100% sure I got it right… the back and front don’t look the same, so I started the stockinette part going the reverse direction, so the inside of the pattern (which looks better ) is now displayed when it’s rolled up.
