This is the sample project made for my newly released Sidereal Check Hat pattern. This hat (and the coordinating Sidereal Check Cowl) were selected by The Fibre Co for their Fall 2018 Yarn Support Programme!

I took my inspiration for these colorwork projects from high fashion garments featuring graphic variations of houndstooth check.

The hat, with optional pompom, may be made in one of two sizes to fit most women (men).

The reversible colorwork cowl pattern was released on December 13.

Yarn note: If making both pieces with Arranmore Light, two skeins of the main color and one of the contrast color will be more than enough.
