Using up leftover wool from my Au jour le jour jumper. I seem to have lost the last pair of mittens I made and need a nice thick replacement so I’m using this 4 ply wool double.
Mittens were pretty solid to start with, but softened up nicely. Very comfortable and beautifully warm. Then Mum borrowed them, and liked them so much I let her have them! I’ll have to make another pair…
