25 total repeats. Loved this pattern SO much!

I used my ordinary heel and toe (which probably varies from the pattern). I always do a 1-stitch garter border on the heel flap, a standard slip-stitch heel flap texture, and the rounder heel turn from heel by numbers. The toe is every other round decrease with rest in between until 20 stitches remain on each needle. Then I decrease every round until ten stitches remain, which I kitchener stitch to close.

The lace pattern is very memorizable and simple and the right combination of interest and ease that I was never bored or too challenged that I couldn’t talk or watch something.

This is the first pair-in-a-week (plus a few hours) I’ve completed in a long time, as a result. All to surprise K for her 31st bday!

The yarn was a total delight as well!
