Mother’s Day gift.
My mom likes things that scream “Ireland!” so when I got the Tiger Club shipment of a green and orange yarn, I knew I would use it to make something for her.
I used the cable cast on instead because that’s what I prefer. I just made sure my cast on was nice and loose.
The homespun yarn had a lot of lanolin in it; at first it felt weird to work with it, but once I got used to it I really loved it. I don’t have dry skin problems, but after knitting the wax made my hands so lovely and soft.
