Morning Glories from :
The Workbasket Dec 1962, #3, V 28

I did draw in the stars, using the small line they put in each point to guide me. Also added 3 tendrils and the yellow centers. It was hard to decide how to interpret the center of a morning glory and it came down to trying to make the yellow center go around a middle stamin, represented by a French Knot. One yellow center was too small and the next too large - well, it was fun anyway!

“Pool Party” Coats & Clark pkg mostly blues - a med blue
unknown - a bright green
CXC 726 - a bright yellow (numbers same as DMC)
