I needed a cocoon to go with the little hooded capelet I made, and chose this one. I left it unfinished in 2013. And am not sure why. When I decided to finish it tonight, I saw that I had been increasing and it kept getting wider. I ripped it back to just a few rows and made sure i didnt increase. I finished the top edge with sc, hdc, dc, hdc,SC, skipping a chain between each “shell”.

I ran a ribbon thru the neck eyelets and yarn thru the eyelets around the face for double cinching, as the hood was really huge on this particular dolls small head, and kept falling back. It is a tiny doll, about 10”.
