Beads for the top picots,which are the outside set of rings, go on shuttle B.

I joined the inward curve beaded picots by finishing a long picot and using a crochet hook to attach to bead, and next ring’s join. So, no beads are needed on shuttle A.

Shuttle B has 10 long picots to attach beads and join with, and only 10 beads are needed on the shuttle for the loose picots at top of rings.

Chain are made with shuttle A in the working hand and B is wrapped on the left for chain. The outside rings are facing up and the inward curve rings are down, to get the chain forming in the direction you need.

Print pattern and finish labeling the rings and chains, it’s worth it.
