Notes

Used a wee bit of this skein and scrap koigu sock yarn for the snowflake embroidery to make mittens for leftie.

What’s there to say? Just the basic-est mitten pattern for a pair of tiny hands. The thumbs are probably superfluous - will I even be able to get her thumbs into each thumbhole? - but I like the look of them so there they are.

I added loops to the wrists because I had this vague notion that I was going to sew buttons to the wrists of her jackets so that I could button the mitts to them (preventing loss). But now that seems like a silly idea. I will most likely snip off the loops and just knit a length of i-cord to attach them in the traditional style of children’s mittens.
