I didn’t realize how BIG this head would be. It’s taking forever. (I’m used to amigurumi that are about 3 inches tall, and apparently this Tink will be around 11). Well, the Ravellenics are about challenging myself, right? :)

I’m basically running into issue after issue with Tinker Bell. I had to make the hair twice, because the first time I guess I wasn’t paying close enough attention. The hands, the ears, the legs…I’ve had trouble with all of them. Mainly because I think the pattern must have been translated from French to English. The hair calls for a “double dc.” No one I know has any idea what that means, and everyone guesses something different. I went with a treble.

So, sadly, I won’t be able to finish in the next four minutes in order to make it in time for the Ravellenic Games. :(
