I am using Red Heart With Love berry, Red Heart Super Saver gold, and Red Heart Super Saver aran to make a little viking hat for the newborn second cousin of a friend from high school.

My friend is a huge SF Forty-niners fan, so I decided to work it in the colors of her favorite football team.

This is a super fun pattern to make. I’ve done two before in the adult size. There is a fair amount of appliqué to be done, but I love doing stuff like that and find the detail work well worth it.
